Hair extensions provided by Styles By Taj are super durable and high quality, they can last for a very long time, up to 1-2 years. If you take good care of your hair, the longer you can reuse and extend the life of it.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT'S PLACED?
To make sure that all orders and processed on time, orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?
Order processing takes place Monday through Friday. If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.
It will take 2-4 business days for your order to be shipped. EXPRESS SHIPPING orders take 2 to 3 business days. DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING is 2-3 business days depending on your location. DOMESTIC REGULAR FLAT RATE SHIPPING is 5-7 business days depending on your location. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

WHEN WILL MY TRACKING NUMBER UPDATE?
After receiving a tracking email, shipping activity will progress 24 hours. Your tracking number will be delivered to you via email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 business days from placing your orders please contact customer service at info@stylezbytaj.com.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN DAYS. The packaging MUST NOT be broken or opened! The hair MUST be unwrapped, uncombed, not brushed, no fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange! If the hair is altered, we will return the hair back to you.
